Options for skills acquisition and employment
The Orangerie creates opportunities supporting employment and training:
ZIK clients participate in planning, purchasing and
food preparation activities, work at the counter and as serving staff in the
Orangerie dining room.
Full-time staff are present to provide guidance and support.
Thanks to funding from the European Social
Fund (ESF), the Orangerie is also able to carry out skills acquisition
programmes for the long-term unemployed.
All qualification offerings are tailored to the the physical and mental condition of participants.
A certificate of participation is issued upon successful completion of a programme.
